Each of my sessions is designed to be a fun experience. From the start I want to make you comfortable in front of the camera allowing natural expressions and genuine emotions to evolve. After a little helpful direction I work on capturing those moments in a relaxed and comfortable environment. From a family photo, to a couple in love I want to give you something that is fun and fresh to be enjoyed for years to come.
The best place to create those feeling is somewhere that you feel comfortable. For children and family photos that can easily be in your own backyard, which I encourage. This allows for easy outfit changes or access to their favorite toys. When photographing couples we look for locations you visit often that may in some way represent who you are. This could be as simple as your living room or as unique as you want. When you book your photo session I want to hear of some of the places you like and the style you are looking for:
- If your more trendy, unique lets do an Urban session Downtown or Hillcrest, wearing layers and accessorizing looks best
- If your more dress down casual lets go to the park
- If you want something different? lets hit the traintracks or a mini golf course or even find a field in bloom…
- If you have any other ideas please let me know!
Being yourself and allowing me to be a part of that for a couple hours give my images the ability to reflect something real and beautiful. In the end I want to capture something that defines you.
